Let’s Go Far offers curated travel experiences, including private tours, day trips, transportation, local guides, and customized travel arrangements across India. All services are subject to availability, local conditions, and prior confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, website form, or authorized booking link.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking, depending on the tour.

• Final balance payment is due prior to the start of the tour, as communicated.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made by the customer are subject to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, minus applicable service fees or non-refundable components (such as permits or accommodation).

• In case Let’s Go Far cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons (weather, political unrest, etc.), a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

5. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, transportation, or inclusions due to operational or safety reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Customers may request changes to their bookings; we will try to accommodate them where possible, but additional charges may apply.

6. Travel Risks & Responsibility

Travel involves risks, especially in remote areas or during certain activities. By participating in a tour, you accept these risks.

Let’s Go Far is not responsible for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• Injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during a tour unless due to our proven negligence.

• Delays caused by external factors (traffic, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

7. Behavior & Conduct

We expect guests to behave respectfully towards local cultures, guides, fellow travelers, and communities. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Let’s Go Far unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

9. Website Use

By using our website:
